Вся мебель и техника представленные на фото в наличие, все работает.

Disadvantages:

Мебель, двери, обои "уставшие", далеко не новые. В целом впечатление такое, что кто-то очень хорошо "попользовался" квартирой. При этом в квартире чисто, вопросов в плане уборки помещения нет.
