Advantages:

В принципе хороший вариант за небольшие деньги. Придраться разве что можно к ремонту в ванной. Его можно было бы и обновить. Зато на кухне ремонт отличный, но кухонные стулья были сильно расшатаны, на них было страшно садиться. Матрас кровати деревянный, спишь как на досках. Но может так даже полезнее спине

Disadvantages:

Ремонт в ванной нужно обновить, кровать хочется мягче, стулья на кухне заменить.
