Advantages:

Хорошо место расположение, большая квартира, достаточно тихая

Disadvantages:

Не работает посудомоечная машина, много лишний вещей от старых владельцев. Никаких расходников не было в квартире. Мало розеток. Матрасы на кроватях в очень плачевном состояние. В целом кваритре не хватает косметического ремонта и хорошей уборки
