Advantages:

В квартире тепло и чисто, много места, есть всё необходимое. Много спальных мест. Рядом «Магнит 24 часа», много других магазинов и вкусная столовая «ЩиБорщи». Заселение полностью удаленное, приятная в общении хозяйка на связи.

Disadvantages:

Пахнет куревом, нет wifi, пульт от тв не работал и сам телевизор работал как-то странно, от центра очень далёко.
