Сдам 3-комнатную квартиру!!
В собственности два этажа, сдаю только 1-ый.
Есть всё для комфортного проживания: мебель, бытовая техника, посуда. Всегда чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Чистая и уютная квартира. С косметическим ремонтом.
Также могу организовать экскурсии на базу дневного отдыха Saami Camp. В гости к северному оленю.
Северное сияние можно наблюдать не выходя из дома.
Остановка в 5 минутах от дома, автобус ходит два раза в день.

Advantages:

Комфортный дом, расположенный в получасе езды от Мурманска. Дом двухэтажный, сдается первый этаж. Есть все для комфортного проживания, комнаты большие, две двухспальные кровати, односпальная кровать, диван и два кресла (тоже раскладываются, но нам было не нужно). Мы заселялись поздно, заселение безконтактное. В доме было прохладно, но и на улице было минус 40, включили "ветерки" и все довольно быстро нагрелось. Бойлер, горячая вода, чайник, фен, микроволновка, плита, телевизоры. Место довольно тихое, мы насчитали всего 9 домов, если нужен движ то вам не сюда, но идеально для охоты за северным сиянием (мы смотрели прямо из окна дома).
