Advantages:

Очень приятная хозяйка, встретила нас в удобное время, быстро отвечала на сообщения. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Очень порадовали конфеты на столе :)

Disadvantages:

Можно поставить москитные сетки: пара комаров всё же пробрались мимо фумигатора.
