Сдаётcя большая 1 - комнaтнaя квартира поcуточнo. Ванная и туалет отдельно. Большая кухня и большой зал. 2 раскладных дивана + 3 кресло-кровати. + приобретена новая раскладная кровать с матрацем. Спокойно могут поместиться 5-6 человек - для каждого будет отдельное спальное место. Первый этаж с видом на красивейший пейзаж. Сделан косметический ремонт. Стоят стеклопакеты. Двойная дверь. Tихое, спокойноe место. Все рядом - магазины, дк, лесопарк. Недалеко от поселка находится довольно колоритное место саамская деревня "самь-сыйт", огромное количество турбаз, где можно послушать истории о жизни местных малых народов и покататься на собачьих и оленьих упряжках, снегоходах, лыжах, коньках.
