В пару минут - городская администрация, сбербанк, банк втб, музей города, музей "подводная лодка "к-21", городской парк, тихие и мирные соседи в доме!
К услугам гостей: стиральная машина, утюг с гладильной доской, фен, цифровое тв, wi-fi. В квартире находиться 4 раздельных спальных места - двуспальная кровать и удобный двуспальный диван, и два диванчика (120 см каждый )на кухне есть всё для приготовления пищи: эл. чайник, микроволновая печь, холодильник и необходимая посуда.
