Advantages:

Квартира имеет удобное местоположение, рядом музей к-21, храм, смотровая площадка на порт. Имеется все необходимое для проживания. Быстрое реагирования на недостатки. Бесконтактное заселение.

Disadvantages:

Бронировали данную квартиру, но по приезду заселили на другой адрес, не известив об изменении( на этой же улице, но... ). В квартире было холодно, особенно кухня ( на улице было -30). Спали в темобелье, носки.
